PrimeShield operates through two specialized divisions serving the South Florida construction and property maintenance industry:

1. Technical & Design Support Division

We provide AutoCAD drafting, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) layout coordination, field measurement verification, and technical documentation services for contractors, architects, and engineers.

PrimeShield offers non-licensed technical support, coordination drawings, and shop drawings. Any construction documents intended for permitting purposes must be reviewed and sealed by a duly licensed Architect or Professional Engineer in accordance with Florida state and local regulations.

2. Property Maintenance & Exterior Services Division

"Work is performed within the scope of the Florida Handyman Exemption for minor repairs (under $1,000)”

We provide professional high-pressure water cleaning for roofs, façades, windows, driveways, and pavers, including protective clear-coat sealing.

We also perform general interior and exterior repair and maintenance services, including cosmetic repairs and component replacements that do not involve modifications, extensions, or alterations to regulated plumbing, electrical, HVAC, gas, or structural systems.

Legal Notice

PrimeShield does not perform regulated trade installations, system modifications, structural alterations, or work requiring state or local contractor licensing.

All plumbing, electrical, HVAC, structural, or other regulated work must be performed by a properly licensed contractor as required by Florida law.
